I think each user can change the colour scheme to their own. I can do this for my own office (3 uses on my 1 subscription)

so when I installed office 2016 it had my registered to activate the keys right. well when the users use office the programs shows as me being singed in. Is there a way to change it to the company name I did the work for? also they are saying that they are all linked together – so any design/color scheme changes made by one of us changes the color scheme on all our computers.<br />
