office 2016 subscription

so when I installed office 2016 it had my registered to activate the keys right. well when the users use office the programs shows as me being singed in. Is there a way to change it to the company name I did the work for? also they are saying that they are all linked together – so any design/color scheme changes made by one of us changes the color scheme on all our computers.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can go to an Office app, File, Office Account, Manage Account and change your email address in there (and possibly your name) but the 5 copies of one subscription will be linked in the sense they will all have that one email address.

I think each user can change the colour scheme to their own. I can do this for my own office (3 uses on my 1 subscription)
