SharePoint issue - link in portal redirects wrong

Hello!

We have a customer that wanted to transfer their old SharePoint to O365.
The SharePoint was installed on their own server including Exchange also.

I migrated the old SharePoint using Sharegate. I used Sharegate for the operation. Everything went fine and worked well.

As the company is now 99% on O365 and the old server is shut down, there has been issues with logging into SharePoint.
If you login on portal.office.com with normal user, you see the tiles that takes you to the programs.
When you hold your mouse over SharePoint you can see that the url is wrong:
User generated image
When you click the tile, the page take you to a empty SharePoint site:
User generated image
The right url for the SharePoint is:
User generated image
I have blacked out the "domain" for security reasons.

How can I fix the SharePoint tile in portal.office.com so that se site takes you to the right workspace.
Admin user enters the right site every time. Normal users not.

Check the DNS records and make sure the URLs mentioned in SP sites are correct.

Hello Gaurav!
The issue is inside SharePoint, so changing DNS setting wont help.
URLs in the administration panel cannot be changed. I can't even find where the /_layouts/15/sharepoint.aspx is set.

Bookmarking the page is not a solution. The SharePoint tile has to work.
You can check URLs settings ... Refer the below link, may be this helps you..

Hello!

The site you gave me is just a list of the default url:s of SharePoint.
I need to change the default url but I can not find a way to do that.
