forwarding Yahoo mail

I can't seem to do something really simple.  I just want to forward my yahoo mail to hotmail.  The following directions do not work:

When I click on 'Settings' the only thing I see is 'More Settings' and then it leads me here:

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Are you doing this from a desktop or mobile? From my web browser in Windows, I go to Settings (gear icon), Accounts, I choose my Yahoo account and at the bottom of the box under "Access you email elsewhere" is forwarding information.

ok I got it, it's a dumb issue/fix, if someone can figure it out I'll give you the points.

Experts Exchange normally awards points for helping to find the correct answer, not effort. I don't really care about the points, but for the benefit of others who have the same problem, it would be great if you could share what your solution. If you think yours is the only correct answer you are welcome to accept your own answer as the solution.
