This server does not have windows installed. It is an esxi server "VMware host". is that ok to used that file?
Not too old. If not ordered with a higher version, it has the iDRAC Express which can utilize LCC to update firmware.
If you want a more traditional way of updating it, then download SBUU/SUU (boot to SBUU, insert SUU as repository) or use Repository Manager to create a bootable ISO.
LVL 33 sound even better. I will boot it from a bootable "flash drive" the file SAS-RAID_Firmware_F96NR_LN_6.3.3-0002_X00.BIN
