Windows 2016 error when updating Windows.
I am unable to do windows update in the new Windows 2016 server.
It is not connected to a domain. Has valid Windows License.
It gets its update from an internal WSUS server but when I try to update it says failed
The Windows Retry option in greyed out. Any advise to have this issue resolved will be appreciated.

Do you have a proxy on your Windows 2016 server (for testing reasons)?

No Proxy Server on Windows 2016.
Yes Checked WSUS - set to receive WS2016 updates.
WSUS works well all other windows without issues.
I restarted the Windows update - no luck
The "Retry" option is greyed out.
The status gives various error codes:
0x80244019 - pertaining to Microsoft Visual C++, Visual Studio etc.
We have CommVault installed on this server - which works very well.
But sadly unable to push Windows Updates. Not too sure what to do.
