Please wait for local sessions manager

Recently, when Win 10 Professional starts but before I login I get the following message:
"Please was for local sessions manager"
The workstation is a standalone system. What is Windows telling me and how do I need to be concerned here?

Hypercat (Deb)Commented:
The local session manager is just another service that starts up during Windows startup. However, it runs in a svchost.exe context, so you can't manually stop and restart it. If that message appears for a short time and goes away, then you don't need to worry about it. Are you having any problems with your system starting up?

Thanks Deb....I'm having no problems with my system but was wanting to make sure I was not about to.
