on Windows 7, how I can write command to sftp to UNIX host using password, instead of using key

hi, to support project, I would like to get files from UNIX to shared PC daily basis. I want to use sftp command using my own ID and password instead of key.. I am quite new to such area and wondering how command can be written.... I have checked and confirmed I cannot put password into the command sftp...

You need FULL CONTROL over this UNIX server to be able to change anything to the current setup. Ask the UNIX admin to change from key to user/pass login.
