exchange 2010

my commvault is able to do incremental backups successful  on my exchange 2010 DAG serversbut failing on full backups

Restart the server from which you are taking backup's and test again. Also, verify, if DB is in clean state.

no all other db are fine, I was reading an  article does vss require 320 mb space, if so where can I check
