Cisco 7942G RingCentral

Hi,

Has anyone managed to get Cisco 7942G to work with RingCentral.  If so could you share the XML file, ours is just stuck on registering.

Not able to address directly, have you looked at https://success.ringcentral.com/articles/RC_Knowledge_Article/4488.
Do you have per phones on the network that work, or this is your first attempt. Trying to make sure you are not having infrastructure issue..

First suggestion, make sure the phine gets an IP, subnet mask, gateway, to make sure it will have a path to the ringcentral destination where it will register.
I honestly would advise that you're going to save a lot of headache in simply replacing the phones over trying to force those particular ones to work with RingCentral. Even a quick bit of research has shown people who have been trying the same thing for years, only to have no real success. The effort you're putting into getting the phones working probably would pay off the cost of simply replacing them. I know it's not what you want to hear, but would rather save you time and pain.
