Using server-side rules to delay mail receipt with MS Exchange Server

Regarding MS Exchange 2013.  I have been asked to craft a rule that would temporarily suspend mail delivery to a specific mailbox using server side rules.  Specifically, the manager wants outside email sent to an internal accounting mailbox be to be held for 3 to 5 days, if that incoming message meets certain criteria such as sender, or words in the subject line.  After the 3 to 5 days, the mail would be automatically released by Exchange for receipt in the mailbox.

Is this even possible?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This probably would be the closest, but that will not achieve what you want. Also have a look here.
