Remote Desktop Connection on Windows 8 pro

I have a client, running Windows 8 Pro who needs to logon to our hosted server.  So far, everyone who has logged onto our server has been running Win10, using the "Remote Desktop Connection".  I'm sure RDC used to be on Windows 8, but I couldn't remember where it was (if it is even installed).  I know there is a version called "Remote Desktop" that can be downloaded from the MS store, but this doesn't have all of the features I need.

Can someone let me know how to run RDC on Windows 8.  Thank you

Windows 8 still has the standard RDP client that comes with Windows 10.  If you can find it, hit the windows key and R simultaneously to bring up the "run" box.  then type mstsc.exe

This will bring up your Remote Desktop client

or write down in search remote it will comes up with Remote Connection so you can run it, configure and pin to task bar or create desktop shortcut.
