access click value in 1 subform to find record in another subform

I have 2 subforms on a Main form.  subFormX and subFormY.  they both share the same QuestionID number.

So I want to be able to click on the subFormX QuestionID texbox then --- it moves the focus to the record in subFormY that shares the same QuestionID.

Any suggestion on the best way to do this?  I played around with docmd.findrecord but had not luck.

Thanks for your help.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

if you have done the linking correctly then when you move the parent form to the required ID the subforms would follow along automatically...but i think something is missing here....i guess is best to give us a screenshot

I was able to use this code:

Dim rst As Recordset
Set rst = Forms![ClientReviewDetails]![subReviewEntryNetAdmin].Form.RecordsetClone

rst.FindFirst "QuestionID = " & Me.FirstOfQuestionID

Forms![ClientReviewDetails]![subReviewEntryNetAdmin].Form.Bookmark = rst.Bookmark

rst.Close
Set rst = Nothing
