I get error below...

I was working earlier today.

Can not  access from any chrome and firefox as well.

TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 is already turned on in IE. Tried removing it and adding back in but no luck.
Server is : Windows Server 2012 R2

Error below

Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https://www.virginaustralia.com  again. If this error persists, it is possible that this site uses an unsupported protocol or cipher suite such as RC4 (link for the details), which is not considered secure. Please contact your site administrator.

Issue got resolved with out further action ..
Likely to be some DNS issue

Turn IESC off, Turn UAC off, Add it to trusted sites? Add it to compatibility sites?

Not really sure what you are asking here, sounds like above should help.

It should be fine with the site with different browser, see testing done on clients. It is not using RC4. Try on another machine. Reinstall browser if needed. Check if there are any error in plug in or add on in the browser, disable them..
