At the point where he wants to factory reset... even that is giving problems..... &nbsp; RESET PC is asking for a windows installation or recovery media to continue..... &nbsp; &nbsp;He doesnt have this.

I have a windows RT 8.1 surface that seems to be reporting wrong disk space... It's reporting 0 space left out of 26.4GB but as you will see in the uploaded image .. APPS / MEDIA and RECYCLE bin are reporting basically no space being used up. &nbsp;Any thoughts on this?<br />
