2008r2 in dell T130

I got Dell T130 just out of box trying to restore application server with Std2008r264bit
Using Acronics restore.
After successfull restore server. I did universal restore and and server isnt booting up.
Asking for PCI/VEN_8086&DEV_A102&SUBSYS_06AA1028&REV_31 driver.
Any suggestion to this

An error messages related to drivers installation

Necessary drivers should be available. Check whether you have the necessary driver, see this article for help.
Drivers folder should be accessible from bootable media.
Try to place all drivers in one folder without subfolders.
You can also use ChkINF utility from Microsoft to verify drivers.
The most reliable way is to install clean OS of the same edition on the target machine using these drivers.
