"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You need to contact the police. There is nothing (nothing) you can do when someone uses your email address to pose as you. So you need to contact the authorities.

If you do not wish to do this, then even less palatable (to me) is to change email addresses.

If you have specified a recovery method, use it to reset the password.

I would reset all online account passwords, especially the recovery account.
