we have to regularly keep sending transnational and promotional sms the transnational sms from CRM application I mean SMS integration is done in our CRM. but this vendor is comparatively costlier compared to others when ask he says his service has good delivery rates and security , please let us know how far this is acceptable , thanks in advance.

I think as long as your SMS's are delivered successfully with out any issues and the cost of your promotion is not exceeding the budget you had defined. You can evaluate other options and see if any one matches the existing one's capabilities.
