I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Sorry for the delay dude, I just saw my computer.
You are on the right track, all you need to do it's assign the user such privileges.

it is OK now it works very well

 thank a lot

but can i ask you another question

do you know any nice way or free tool to audit

all exchange and AD changes

i need auditing tools to monitor the changes on AD and exchange . from our help desk team and everyone has permissions to AD and exchange management console

Exchange compliance can do all that for you but it requieres knowledge.

I'm not saying you don't have such knowledge but it could be painful to deal with sometimes.

Here is a third party app that works really well. You can download a demo for 30 days and test it.

It gives you a report of everything that happened in your mailbox, AD changes and whatnot. If I see something better for free I would definitely let you know.

But we use this one in the company I work for and trust me it's a beauty.
