outlook 2013/16(32&64 bit) Not updating Address Books

Hi,
I'm facing outlook2016/13 issues, unable to download Global address List in outlook as well as address book. Few users reported this issue.

Getting this message while downloading the Global address book.

Task 'XXXXX@contoso.com' reported error (0x8004010F) : 'The operation failed. An object cannot be found.'

Please suggest.

Thanks for your reply.

As of now three users are saying address book is not synchronizing in outlook 2016. four-five days back we created users account, which are not getting reflected.

Even I tried to download the address book, but unable to download the address book. Any idea how to manually push the offline address book and then automatically push the OAB from server side to clients MAPI

Kindly suggest.

What is the exchange version and CU level?

Have you tried to repair Office 2013 / 2016?

We are using Exchange 2016 on prem and its completely new setup on our environment. We repaired office 2016, but issue not getting resolved.

Do you know how to sync the latest address book in outlook 2016 forcefully instead of exchange 2016.
Ctrl+k not able to recognize in the outlook new email.

How to user prompt while trying to open outlook2016 on Local PC profile setup.

Office 2016 64 bit will be supporting for Exchange 2016 Enterprise edition.

thanks for your assistance and inputs over my issue here.
in exchange 2016 we have installed the CU5 in Mar-17.

we haven't set the address book policy and even not set up the offline address book in exchange server as well as mailbox features for individual users info in exchange 2016.

but when i️ execute the Get-offlineaddressbook over the exchange management shell showing up the details.

please suggest me how to setup the address book policy and offline address book.

Note:-

when i️ check in outlook showing the address book some of the users. but getting the error message while trying to download the offline address book.

still bit confused here.

this is the message i'm getting while downloading the offline message in outlook 2013. & 2016 MAPI clients.
1.i️ removed the outlook profile-cache exchange mode off and relaunch the outlook.tried with the address book.but not worked.
again enabled the option with cache mode on.still same issue.

as suggested microsoft KB article still not worked.

2.in IE,unchecked the proxy with removed the by pass proxy settings still not worked.

with "mapihttpdisabled" registry in outlook2016/2013

 still not worked for address book in outlook sync issues.

What is the difference between your own solution as compared with the KB?

as you suggested, i'm planning to implement address policy on our environment.

but for three users had issue with outlook address book latest info, they able to see four months back address book info. what i️ did manually unchecked the cache mode in outlook option able to see the address book info.

as you posted the earlier to cross verified the address book, it's not there on our env.

The user needs permissions to view the GAL. You assign user permissions to GALs by using address book policies (ABPs). For more information, see Address book policies in Exchange 2016.
If a user is still eligible to see multiple GALs, only the largest GAL is used (the GAL that contains the most recipients)."
