I agree with the above about having Windows 7 up to date. Also make sure .NET Framework is up to date. Look in Windows Updates, Recommended updates. <br />

Then disable and re-enable Internet Explorer. Open Control Panel, Programs and Features, Windows Features. Uncheck IE. Restart (you must), go back and Enable IE. Restart again (you must). <br />

Now run Windows Updates again.

               I'm getting this popup when i install IE 11 from 8, the window updates already the latest, any patches missing anyone know ?
