Mail flow not working after configuring anti spam

Hello people,

In my Exchange 2013 after we configured the anti spam solution, we cannot receive emails.

I checked the configuration and it is not working...we made some changes in the receive connectors.

Do you have any clue where to start?

Normally anti spam solutions could change something to the TLS. Could you verify if you need to install the certificate on the anti-spam unit?

Verified that the receive connectors has the correct permission?

Hi Ferran,

It depens if you anti spam enable TLS ? Check if the system doesn't trust the certificate...it can cause the issue. The connecting system will be able to send without it.

Sometimes you need that the certificate for your hub is installed anti-spam unit.
