Is protected that's why you can't see it...<br />
You have 2 options :<br />
1. root your phone...well it has the drawback of invalid warranty...if you have already rooted it then use ES Explorer and check to show the hidden files..<br />
2. connect your phone and &quot;download&quot; the protected files with the use of ADB Tools....well it's not that straightforward...but i have tried it myself and i was successful...i am afraid i will have more info on Monday because i have the files on another PC.<br />
Nothing else works...except in rare cases...
