I have two excel files i need to check first excel same data is found in the second excel sheet how can i check i'll attach my 2 excel sheets for ur reference.  sheet 1 B column need to check with sheet 2 same b column same Lnno found or not how can i check.

just create another sheet with formula such as:

if it's returned as TRUE, it's same else they are not same.

use this concept and apply to the cells you wish to verify.

well, after review your worksheets, it seems that you want to compare it in not exact sequence.

hence you may try to use match function instead, such as

=IF(ISERROR( MATCH(E2,'>500 cases (2)'!E:E,0)), FALSE, TRUE)
