HTML code does not visibly render on web page

HI,
On the following web page:
http://prebid.org/dev-docs/faq.html

When I view the source, I see (among other things):

<ul class="dropdown-menu">
              <li><a href="/overview/intro.html">What is Prebid?</a></li>
              <li><a href="/overview/what-is-prebid-org.html">What is Prebid.org?</a></li>
              <li><a href="/overview/prebid-members.html">Prebid Org Membership</a></li>
              <li><a href="/overview/prebid-management-committees.html">Prebid Management Committees</a></li>
              <li><a href="/wrapper_code_of_conduct.html">Wrapper Code of Conduct</a></li>
              <li><a href="/principles.html">Principles</a></li>
              <li><a href="/dev-docs/faq.html">FAQ</a></li>
              <li><a href="/blog.html">Blog</a></li>
            </ul>

Open in new window

However, at least some of the text e.g.
  1. What is Prebid?
  2. Prebid  Org Membership
  3. Prebid Management Commitees

does not appear on the live page. How can I view this info on the page itself? (This page is not from my client, but rather, from a third party whose info we need. I was alerted to some change by one of these web-crawler apps (Versionista) that emails me when something's changed on a monitored page.

Thanks.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

And, now that I glanced again at the HTML code, it was right there before my eyes. Couldn't see the forest for the trees...
