my boss asked me explicitly use of SUMIFs and not SUMPRODUCT. becuase she does not know SUMPRODUCT and gets confused with it.  ʅ_(ツ)_ʃ

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If all PRODUCTs are 9 digits long, you can use this....

=SUMIFS(D2:D9,A2:A9,2011,C2:C9, ">=700000000",C2:C9, "<800000000")
