If this is the case, you shouldn't need anything more than a typical Skype account and the user account of the person you wish to contact. There shouldn't be anything further needed. We use office 365 2016. My org wants to contact or skype this user on a daily basis. He uses skype or google hangouts. How to provision this account in our o365. We don't have on primises server. We are completely at Microsoft o365 server. Please help me , its critical.
