Could you try to remove credentials from credentials manager?

How do i remove credentials from credentials manager (for this issue of Outlook)

Looked for the registry, only came with:

Tried the recommendations creating a new profile, proceeded to:
  • deleted old profile
  • created new profile
  • configure the new profile to current PST

The following pix is the message after configuring the new profile to my PST file.
outlook message
This next pix is an action when opening the Outlook with the new profile:
outlook receiving over 3gb
What does the message of the "Mail Delivery Location" pix that mean?
In the "opening the Outlook" pix,
  • why it started downloading emails?
  • why the "receiving messages..." is working, displaying the increase of received emails, yet the "items" and "unread" values doesn't change (and it is downloading the receiving over 3GB of emails)

Please help in understanding what is going on.

thank you.
