Hi,
We keep getting a annoying email message every other 5 or 10 minutes (see pix below). This hasn't been happening and just started a couple of days back. Note, we also checked "save this password" but still constant message. Please advice.

Could you try to remove credentials from credentials manager?
And try again to connect.

Try to delete old profiles from the Registry and create a new profile.
Look for all the Profiles here: (make sure to back up anything that needs to be backed up before proceeding)

In the "opening the Outlook" pix,
- why it started downloading emails?
- why the "receiving messages..." is working, displaying the increase of received emails, yet the "items" and "unread" values doesn't change (and it is downloading the receiving over 3GB of emails)
Please help in understanding what is going on.

Found the problem, didn't delete the new email after sync with old so it download all of the web - fixed!
