After login to OWA, not able to view send item and inbox, whereas in outlook i could see it, any idea ?

yes, the rest are ok, only specific user has this issue

I'm planning to restart this weekend
Case seems to be solved..no more replies from the author
I would completely restart the server, rather than just IIS, if that is practical - always good to do a reboot anyway.
If that does not fix it, please can you confirm:
1) Was OWA working prior, and has now stopped working?
2) If so, what has been changed in between?
