Exchange 2010 OWA can not display inbox and send item

Dear All

         After login to OWA, not able to view send item and inbox, whereas in outlook i could see it, any idea ?

This will help you, I had this issue before.

Cause:
PR_ATTR_Hidden attribute for Sent Items folder was set to true


 Solution:
1) Install MFCMAPI then close Outlook.. You can download MFCMAPI from http://mfcmapi.codeplex.com/Release/ProjectReleases.aspx?ReleaseId=35656 
2) Click on the Session menu and select “Log on and Display Store Table”. (This prompts you for your Outlook profile)
3) Double click on your mailbox in the top pane. It will open new box, if it is not open, just right click on your mailbox store and click open store..
4) Expand Top of IPM_SUBTREE then find and select the sent items folder - Check for PR_ATTR_HIDDEN attribute.

check open owa in Internet Explorer browser..

check all ther automatic servicese are running ...

if remains same... restart IIS service on Exchange server ..

Hi piaakit,

I would completely restart the server, rather than just IIS, if that is practical - always good to do a reboot anyway.

If that does not fix it, please can you confirm:

1)  Was OWA working prior, and has now stopped working?

2)  If so, what has been changed in between?

Other users can see their OWA inbox?
