Join the Presentation Guild, watch TED talks, buy some presentation design books from Amazon such as slide:ology. It's a HUGE subject and there is a LOT of material and expertise out there. A sprinkling of some of the best:

I'd also recommend you start with what you want to say and what you want your audience to do in response to your presentation rather than beginning with a template. Oddly, great presentations don't start with the visual design aspect.

Yours is a Very Bad Hotel.  Guaranteed to get a few laughs.

Keep in mind 'How to make best powerpoint presentations.' will get a gazillion answers as it's very subjective.

Looks like you need to learn how to use PowerPoint templates. So here's a good book to get you going:

https://www.amazon.com/Building-PowerPoint-Templates-Step-Experts/dp/0789749556

All well designed templates should have a Custom Layout (there are one or more inside each slide master) that does not have a Title placeholder. Instead of deleting a placeholder, you should use the correct layout. Right click on an empty area of the slide and select a layout that does not have the Title placeholder, possibly called "Blank".

For a slide, right click on an empty area of the slide and select Format Background

For the template, click View / Slide Master and do the same for either the parent slide layout (which affects all layouts) or one or more of the individual layout.

To avoid this train of thought not having a caboose at the end, please ask your questions as single EE questions and not as a question with 42 follow-ups.  Thanks in advance.

first of all, from your questions, try to find a good beginner to intermediate Powerpoint tutorial. this will answer most of the questions you have asked here.

i would like to suggest one, but I don't know what version of office you are using

Create a custom layout using these instructions. http://echosvoice.com/powerpoint-2010-create-slide-layouts/

On the Ribbon, on the Slide Master tab, uncheck the box next to Title to remove the title placeholder from the layout.

Click Insert Placeholder to add a content placeholder.

Close Slide Master View.

Back in Normal (editing) View, on the Home tab, click the bottom of the New Slide button to add a slide based on the custom layout you created. To change the layout of an existing slide, click the Layout button on the Home tab and choose an appropriate layout.

Shy of writing a book there's no way to answer such a general question, so splitting points across all comments that add value.
