Windows could not determine the language error

I am getting the error "windows could not determine the language to use for setup" when installing windows server 2008r2 with SP1. I am building the server remotely using the HP iLo software and mounting the ISO file. I have verified that the ISO is a not corrupted because I am able to use the ISO when mounting it directly with a USB key on a server.

Is there something that I need to do to correct the error during installation?

Are you using default English language ???
Make sure you do and if you need different language, first install in English, then install additional, then change language locale and formats.

You need to set the same language for the server setup in HP iLo software to make with the language of the server OS to be installed.
