Can't Compose on Centurylink Webmail

I've encouraged the user to contact Centurylink on this.  But maybe someone has another idea.

The user uses Centurylink Webmail.

When Composing or Replying, the names can be typed into the form.
But the Body cannot be typed into or Pasted into - at all.
Google Chrome shows a blank body that doesn't respond to a mouse click into it.
Internet Explorer shows "this page can't be opened" and mouse clicks also do nothing.

So, the user cannot send emails at all.

And, I can duplicate this on my own computer - which is entirely separate except for the email account login.

I solved the problem.  In the distant past, I had helped Users or they had helped themselves by setting up browser favorites / bookmarks / shortcuts pointing to the Centurylink webmail site.

It appears that on Oct 1, 2017, Centurylink changed their 3rd party support for email and the shortcuts took one to the old site which was still "up" but not being updated.  With some effort, new shortcuts fixed the problem.

This was a tough problem to find as the web pages HAD BEEN legit and still had all the user data up to Sept 30th!!
