Exchange Autodiscover Point to Exchange Online in the Hybrid Environment

I have the hybrid exchange environment in my company. After all the mailboxes are migrated to Exchange online, I would like to change the autodiscover to point to Office365 instead of the on-premises exchange server. However, I would like to keep the hybrid set up and the on-premises exchange server for the management purpose. External autodiscover is easy enough to change by just changing the public DNS. I saw people suggesting to set SCP to null and create the CNAME record to point to office365.
My questions here are:
Is it a good idea to change the autodiscover to point to office 365 as we don't have any mailboxes left in on-premises exchange.
If so, what will be the good approach to change the internal autodiscover record?

Thanks,
Pan

Execute:
Set-ClientAccessServer –Identity ServerName -AutoDiscoverServiceInternalUri $null

Make sure to add autodiscover.domain.com to your internal AD DNS.

You can follow Ronin suggestion
The flow would be  (search autodiscover locally,  Not found. Then will go to internet and eventually find O365 autodiscover in O365)
or this:

Set-ClientAccessService -Identity MBG-EX01 -AutoDiscoverServiceInternalUri https://autodiscover.outlook.com/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml

The flow would be (search autodiscover internally => O365) would be a bit faster.
