After Investigation I found that the Not Found issue is due to a Certificate that was installed on the Computer
I tried to delete it but the remove button is grayed out
I highlight the Certificate and hit the delete key but it says I do not have the rights to delete
I am the only user and am the Administrator....What Gives????
How can I reset the Certificate?

I called ATT....Technician said the the error message is ATT's Way of telling Clients Hey I'm Going to Shut you Down if you do not pay your Bill.
The way it works is as the termination date approaches the Modem picks a Computer or device and sends the certificate so that it cannot access the internet and increases in Number as the date approaches forcing the Client to call to find out what's going on.
