Tried it as we already had an ID which is used for generic signing the documents, but still its the same issue.<br />
Its coming on all servers.

I used a different ID and reverted under most of the document signed by old user.<br />
This fixed the issue after 3 days.<br />
That is under Policies and Settings in the main Domino admin window

We are getting this error after we have one of our admins no more looking into Domino stuffs. I did went to policies under the server and clicked on the one which shows his name and selected edit and saved again, however its still coming up with this error in the console.<br />
