exchange
we are increasing memory of exchange servers from 8gb to 16gb
how much and where should I change the page file configuration
for 16gb , how much will be page file ?

Page file should normally be left at automatic. However if you are concerned about space, the biggest it should get is 3 x memory, or 36GB.

Depends on the version of Windows and some other factors like crash dump settings

Actually Ronin, the question is about page file size. That page you linked is about recommended memory size for Exchange server.
