SSTP VPN on an Exchange 2013 server

I need to setup a SSTP VPN on a server 2012R2, which is also running an exchange server 2013. Will this be a problem?

Depends on your definition of problem. At the very basic level, you want your mail server to also be your VPN server. Performance and role issues aside, what happens when either of those roles is compromise or is hung or crashes. This isn't a VM, right.

This is a VM.

I was told to get a cerificate for this kind of VPN (and not a self signed one). The server has an exchange certificate. Can I use that one?

I would separate out the certificates to service their respective roles. Doing so will allow your users to cleanly and securely connect to your https://vpn.yourcompany.com and https://mail.yourcompany.com services. Your firewall will need to be configured to either PAT or NAT accordingly.
