Quickbooks Missing name list problem
Hello,
I have an Employee that is unable to open a QuickBooks file. They get a "Missing name list problem", Quickbooks suggests to resort the list but how is that possible when we can't get into the file?

Thanks for the reply,
It's not a User issue, it's actually an issue with the file.

Copy the QB data file to a good local machine, open QuickBooks and open the local file as Admin. Then File, Utilities, Rebuild. Rebuild the file, ensure no errors, put it back and then test again.
You can solve this error by following methods:
But if you cant get it done you can always refer Quick book and Quicken support http://www.quickencustomercare.com/quicken-support-number.html
- Restore a backup and re-enter transactions into the current file.
- You can try Quickbooks File doctor to fix the error.
- You can also find a data recovery service to fix the error and repair the data back
