Outlook not sending/receiving
I'm using Outlook 2016 32-bit downloaded from O365 on Win 10. Several times a day, Outlook simply stops in the middle of send/receive and the only way I can get it to recover is to close it and reopen it. This has been going on for months now through multiple version updates. Sometimes it also looses my credentials and prompts constantly for them. Again, I shut down and reopen and Outlook seems to again recognize me as a life form.
Any ideas on what the problem might be?

Not Exchange. My email provider is att.net
Assuming from the above that credentials and ports / security are all correct (verify this), then uninstall Office, restart and install it again. Set up Outlook and test.
Open Outlook and choose File > Office Account > Update Options > Update Now.
Try creating a new email profile. Control Panel/Mail.......

I can't create a new profile using the same email address.
I'll try reinstalling yet again tomorrow. Thanks.

Thanks Jessica, I can't tell yet if I have exorcised the problem but I'm back in business again. I'll be back if the error pops up again.
Sure PatHartman, you are most welcome to ask for further queries. I will try my best to resolve your issue.
What kind of accound do you use? Office 365 account or Exchange on premise?
