CoreFTP utility lost ftp sites data

Hello, In our AD environment we are using folder redirection which includes Desktop, Documents, Favoraties and App data folders, today one user lost all of his FTP sites in CoreFTP client he usually logs in from multiple pc's using his AD user account and then team-viewer in to his main pc in main branch office, can someone think of a reason why did he lost all his FTP sites from ftp client.

Well first thing you should determine what folder was holding the CoreFTP configuration, and then investigate from there. It may easily be a corrupted profile not loading correctly or a redirected folder not being applied correctly. Unless the user deleted the file himself or did something else a bit stupid, the configuration data should still be there somewhere. Track down the computer he was using and check for folder redirection errors. That will tell you where and what to look for.
