We use Outlook 2016 for O365 email access. I have an issue with one of the comp executive Outlook. When he enters the first few letters of the recipient which is one of company employees the name pops up under one of his Personal Contacts e.g. John Doe with email firstname.lastname@example.org appears as Jack Ripper who is one the personal contact. However the email address remain correct, it is just the name that is confused. I have tried deleting both entries from AutoFill, delete and recreate the personal contact and it initially works well and then is starts reversing again.
Any clue? I suspect a corrupt NK2 file but he really needs to use this one as he relies on those AutoFills.
