"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Make sure you content filter is ON
Then use Powershell
Set-SenderIdConfig –BypasedSenderDomains @{Add=””}

This will allow this domain to go through Exchange.

Outlook Junk is other story because if email will looks like Spam then outlook will put it to junk. You can configure Junk filter for outlook.
Click on Junk / Email Junk Option and go to Safe Senders Tab
Pud : to the list.
It will work but You going to need apply this settings on each Outlook
