XBox One Wireless controller for PC on Ubuntu desktop 17.10?

Will this wireless controller work in Ubuntu 17.10 desktop? I am thinking of using a pair of them on my machine? Please note it is the wireless one so I am not sure if that means any extra complications.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I am not sure if this supports but here is my piece of thought about it. The controller and the game pad needs to be aligned within the frequency of transmitting network input from wireless controller to the game. The OS should recognize to do it.  I haven't tried yet, but there are few links which provides how to configure down here might help you.
