Hi hyperbyte,

In Windows 10, Microsoft Consumer Experience (which is used to push these apps along with others in the future) seems to be the culprit by adding a number of extra apps including Candy Crush Soda Saga, Flipboard, and Twitter to name a few, which appear in the Start menu. I've included two solutions below:

SOLUTION A

Disable Microsoft Consumer Experience via Group Policy Editor
1. Windows key, type gpedit.msc and press Enter.
2. Navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Cloud Content.
3. Double click the entry labelled Turn off Microsoft consumer experience, select Enabled and click OK.

If it still persists follow below.

SOLUTION B

Open the PowerShell Command w/Admin Rights and execute the follow command:
Get-AppxPackage|Remove-AppxPackage

This should allow the system to remove the Apps that are causing the problem. You will receive also many IssueReports, but this isn't a problem. After that you can capture your image without issue.

Let me know how it goes!
