Sysprep Win10 Failing

I'm trying to Sysprep a new Windows 10 image that has been built using MDT.  I keep receiving this message:

2017-12-01 09:02:29, Error                 SYSPRP Package 9E2F88E3.Twitter_5.7.1.0_x86__wgeqdkkx372wm was installed for a user, but not provisioned for all users. This package will not function properly in the sysprep image.

Ive tried this: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/2769827/sysprep-fails-after-you-remove-or-update-windows-store-apps-that-inclu

But Twitter is not listed at all, so I cant remove it.

Please help.  Ive also tried deleting all the accounts except the Local Admin account but I still get the same result.
