I have terminal service / RDP on our Windows 2008 box.<br />

How do I disable certain services / programs from running with exception to the administrator or a select user?<br />
<br />
For example on the server itself I have dropbox installed, but I only want this program to run for the administrator, not the other users that login in on their RDP session.

For example on the server itself I have dropbox installed, but I only want this program to run for the administrator, not the other users that login in on their RDP session.
