Hi sunhux, not really sure what you're after here?

Any EV that charges from a domestic supply will either be supplied in the country purchased with a suitable charging cable or you can buy a separate inline Type G adaptor for use in Singapore to connect to it.  Were you intending to import from Japan?  If so the supplier will uprate the charger for 230v from the 100v Japanese supply.

Your answer seems to be :
- Yes
- Yes
- All of them

Reason I m asking is my country, the number of battery charging stations using the cylindrical plug is still limited so I will need an adaptor w 3pin plug that is common

Answer still as above, you need a Portable Mode 2 16A J1772 EVSE to Domestic Plug Type-G adaptor which will allow you to use the Singapore/UK three pin plug and 13A supply to charge, Toyota and the other manufactures supply these or you can get then from specialist EV suppliers.  It does take longer to charge though.

(J1772 is the standard Japanese/US plug from the charging station to the car)

Adaptors are not cheap though, you're probably looking at 400-500 SGD

the motor dealers though

For UK domestic use, the 3-pin circular plug you refer to is colloquially known here as a Commando plug, after the MK Commando brand of this connector. It's rated for 16A single phase use and is very popular for mains applications in British caravan parks and marinas.
As is often the case with many subjects there's an article on Wikipedia, found here:

I was told by several car dealers here that there's only 1 EV car model that has arrived (by parallel import) in Singapore & that's Toyota C-HR.   Other hybrid cars like  Toyota Sienta hybrid 1.5 G (A),  Honda Shuttle hybrid etc can't be charged from wall plug & will self-charge by alternator when the car moves.  Is this true?
