Display issue since windows update

I took the windows 10 creator update and now I have two vertical black bars on the monitor.  One on each side of the monitor.  I have updated the display adapter and uninstalled the graphics drivers.  I have changed resolution and refresh rates but cannot resolve this problem.  Any suggestions would be helpful.

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

As far as I know  AMD Radeon 4xxx series are not supported by Windows 10 creator update.

You need to install your older display driver using my previous post.

Thanks, this was the only solution that corrected the issue.  A bummer that an update like this created so much chaos.
