Multiple conversions to W10 all get same product key...

I have been upgrading all my W7 computers to W10...then using ProduKey64 and recording
the W10 keys...

I noticed after doing 3 upgrades that the W10 key is the same on all 3...

So...is the "real" key the Win 10 key or the Win 7 key that I upgraded from...???

Machines upgraded during the free upgrade offer or by purchasing from the windows store use a generic key and have a digital entitlement stored in the cloud. So it is neither the windows 7 key nor the key you are pulling after the upgrade.

Ok...so let's say I want to transfer a license to a different computer...
Next year....let's say I buy a used PC that has Win 7 or 8.1,,,,
Microsoft's W10 upgrade offer ends the end of this year...

Is it possible to transfer a Win 10 license that was upgraded from a different W7 PC...????
