asked on Windows 7 Prints, but Devices and Printers shows an empty window.
User has Windows 7 Home Premium. Dell laptop about 5 years old.
Programs can print, but Devices and Printers shows and empty window after searching.
I was able to print from WordPad, and Quickbooks Pro 2007, for example.
I did run SFC /scannow, which found no errors.
I turned off the print spooler service, then started it again.
It still is blank.
Anything else to try before I backup, wipe and reinstall ?
