Grid appears incorrectly in debug

On our web we are using Telerik RadGrids from WAY back... version is several years old.

In production and on the web itself the Grids appear correctly and function correctly.  No issues.
However...

When on the server (Amazon EC2 instance - MIcrosoft Windows Server 2012 R2)

And running web in debug mode

The grids all appear with no columns organized... its like the data is just dumped in the grid.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Inspect the grid in the developers console.

Any missing CSS or javascript references / errors?

Not sure how the amazon debug works, but are all the DLLs in place / loaded?

Hey Kyle
The same project will load correctly on my Windows 10 PC.

Its just on our servers it does not appear correctly.

Can you clarify "Inspect the grid in the developers console?"

When you browse the developer site (where the issue is happening) right click on it (I use chrome, but FF works just as well) and there's an option to inspect it.  Look for any telling signs (EG: Resources not found) that might help you solve the issue.
