SharePoint 2010 - Limit access to MSIE only. Is this possible?

I think there is no way via some type of code or setting that can be modified in SharePoint 2010 to limit sites so they open only in MSIE. Making it so that they do not open in Chrome and Firefox. But I just wanting a second opinion. So the question exactly is:

Is it possible to force MSIE to be used whenever a SharePoint 2010 site or page or other object is opened? This would have to be implemented via code or a setting in SharePoint.
